For the third year, they brought their unique form of circus entertainment to the event area around the Formula 1 circuit. With their mobile circus parade Circolation, they performed for tens of thousands of visitors from all over the world for three days. The show is a colorful mix of roaming entertainment and classic street theater , where the audience is surprised by acrobats in acrowheels, graceful stilt walkers , agile jugglers and energetic performers on unicycles.
“For us, it remains a huge honor to be a part of this,” says founder and artist Jori Veldhuizen. “It’s amazing to see cultures come together and amaze people all over the world with what we love to do most: make people laugh and amaze with creative, mobile entertainment.”

Circolation premiered in 2023 and has since been seen at festivals and events in the Netherlands, Belgium and France. In 2024, the act even had its world premiere in Hong Kong, during a mega parade on the occasion of the Chinese New Year with 155,000 visitors. The show grew into an internationally successful example of roaming circus entertainment .
During the Formula 1 weekend in Bahrain, it was not only the race that made an impression—the Australian driver Oscar Piastri (McLaren) surprisingly won first place—but also the fringe program with artists from all over the world. Circo di Strada fitted in perfectly with this atmosphere of spectacle, amazement and international flair.
What once started as a dream of an 11-year-old boy with a suitcase on his bike in Zoetermeer, is now a professional street theatre company with performances in twelve countries and on three continents. From Dubai to Macau, and now back at Formula 1 in Bahrain.
